THERE ARE NO FEES TO LIST OR SELL!!!! 

There are several visual effects and listing options available.

1.       HomePage Featured - These listings will be randomly selected to be displayed on our main page.

2.       Category Featured - The listing will be featured above other items in category listings.  

3.       Gallery Listing - The listing will be featured in the gallery section.

4.       Highlight Listing - The listing with have a highlighted background to attract attention.  

5.       Bold Listing - The listing title will be displayed with a bold font.

6.       Hit counter - A free service to help track how many views your listing has received.

7.       Auto Relist - Automatically relist an unsold item (a multiple item listing that has had at least one sale will not be auto relisted).

TYPES OF AUCTIONS LISTINGS 

  •  Auction - Start an online auction with options for reserve and buy now pricing.
  •  Dutch Auction - Sell multiple identical items with one auction listing.
  •  Reverse Auction - Start a reverse auction listing with an optional reserve price.
  •  Reverse Dutch Auction - Buy multiple identical items with one reverse auction listing.
  •  Request For Quote - Solicit quotes for a product or service and then choose the best offer.
  •  Fixed Price Sale - Sell item(s) at a flat price without any bidding.
  •  Classified Ad - Generate leads by advertising items or services.
  • CREATING A LISTING: To list your first item for sale,

    • Log onto the website using your user name and password. 
    • Click on the "SELL" tab loacted at the top of the page.
    • Fill in all the information as requested. On the last page click on "post item".
    • You new item will take about 10 seconds to appear in your "active" listing area under your "my account"

    (Remember, the first listings is the hardest as you are getting used to the site and its functions)

    To list any additional items for sale,

    • Login to your account
    • Access your My Account menu
    • Select the "Active" tab
    • Select any item. (it is best to select an item with the same category but is not necessary
    • Once the item opens, Click on the "Create Similar Listing" link located in the upper left corner of the listing. You are now ready to start a new listing.
    • Change any information as need then post the item located on the last page.
    • Remember to go back and edit the item if you needed to place it in the right category  

    (Add PayPal Email Address- Supply your PayPal email address and a link will be created for the winning bidder(s) to make a payment.)

    To edit a listing:

    • Login to your account
    •  Access your My Auctions menu
    • Select the "active" tab
    • Select [edit item]
    •  Make changes to available fields
    • Click the button "Save Changes". 

    To Relist a listing(s): 

    •  Login to your account
    • Access your My Auctions menu
    • Select the "Unsuccessful" tab
    • Select the item (s) you wish to relist (there is a small box to the left of the item, Highlight this box.
    • Click on the relist button at the bottom of the page

    IMAGES:  Images must be in .jpg or .gif format.

    • .jpg - File format that reduces file size without reducing image quality.

    • .gif - Common file format used specifically for web graphics.

    To upload an image (from the 'Sell an Item' form):

    •  Click the "Browse" button
    • Locate the image file on your computer
    • Select the file name
    •  Click "Open"

     (The image will not appear on this page, Once you click on the next page, the image will appear)

    To change an image (from the 'Sell an Item' form):

    •  Check the box marked "Delete"
    • Click "Browse"
    •  Locate the image file on your computer
    •  Select the file name
    • Click "Open"

    (The images that you choose for your listing can be interchanged. If you do not like the original image order, you can rearrange them by changing their sequence number. The changed image will not appear on this page, Once you click on the next page, the image will appear)



    Cancel a Listing: - There are two ways to cancel an active listing:

    • End the listing early OR

    • Delete the listing

    To End a listing early:

    • login to your account
    • Access your My Auction menu
    • Select the "Active" tab
    • Select the item(s) you wish to end early
    • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "end Early" button

    To Delete/Remove a listing:

    • login to your account
    • Access your My Auction menu
    • End the items you wish to delete
    • Select the "Unsuccessful" tab
    • Select the item(s) you wish to Delete/Remove
    • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Remove from list" button

    To make an invoice:

    • login to your account
    • Access your My Auction menu
    • Select the "Successful" tab - located on the left side
    • Click on the little box next to all the items you want to place on the invoice.
    • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Assign items to invoice" button (make sure the dropdown box just to the left of the "Assign item to invoice" button reads, "Create new invoice")
    • You can now open the invoice by clicking on the "view/edit invoice" button.

    To Add items to an invoice:

    • login to your account
    • Access your My Auction menu
    • Select the "Successful" tab - located on the left side
    • Click on the little box next to all the items you want to place on an existing invoice.
    • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and and you will see a dropdown box just to the left of the "Assign item to invoice" button. It should read, "Create new invoice") click on the dropdown box and find the buyer's name and invoice number you want to add the items to.
    • Click on the invoice you want to add the items to.
    • Once you have the right buyers name and invoice number showing up in the drop down box, click on "Assign items to invoice"
    • You can now open the invoice by clicking on the "view/edit invoice" button.

    To Delete and item from an invoice:

    • login to your account
    • Access your My Auction menu
    • Select the "Successful" tab - located on the left side
    • Click on the "view/edit invoice" button located just below the item you want to remove from the invoice.
    • Click on the little box next to all the items you want to remove from the invoice.
    • Click on the "save changes" button at the bottom of the invoice

    Why should you make an invoice using Wensy:

    • Once you make an invoice, you will have the buyers e-mail address and mailing information inside of the invoice.
    • The buyer will also have your e-mail address and be shown where they can send payment.
    • The buyer can not delete items from their area unless they are marked paid.

    To build a store:

    • login to your account
    • Access your My Auction menu
    • Select the "Storefront" tab - located on the left side at the bottom of the page
    • Click on the "create a storefront" button
    • Insert the requested information
    • Make sure you save the changes on the last pages.

    E-MAILS - By default, you will receive every e-mail for every posting you place on www.wensy.com. To change you’re E-Mail Preferences: 

    • login to your account
    • Access your My Auction menu
    • Select the "Account Details" tab - located on the left side at the bottom of the page
    • Click on the "change account information" button
    • Change the information as needed to your preferences
    • Click on the "save" button at the bottom of the page.
