Tested and working matched set of classic Chicago Telephone Supply Inc. ceramic magnet speakers from an Allen organ Gyrosonic speaker setup. Manufactured in 1966, the year of many great things.
These are in mint or near mint shape but somewhat dusty. The cones are firm with no rips, tears, holes, or voice coil rubbing. The surrounds were factory treated with a flexible substance. They are rated 8 ohm impedance and I got approx. 7.4 ohms each on my meter. Should make excellent electric guitar speakers, keyboard speakers, tube powered home stereo speakers, or replacement organ speakers. Email for additional/higher resolution photos. I accept checks and money orders (and Moneybookers.com for international bidders). Local pickup in 08610 zip code is OK, cash only if you pick up. Since this is also available locally it is subject to prior sale. Send me your zip code for shipping cost (should be between $8.50 and $14.00 if you are in the USA).
If you are interested in purchasing this or have any questions please send me an email at zelnic@gmail.com , I can usually reply quickly.
About Me: Hi! I am a one man operation in central NJ and have been a part time reseller, collector, and pack rat for almost 10 years. I usually find my items at local thrift stores, garage sales, and flea markets. In the past I used the eBay auction service exclusively but due to their increasingly restrictive policies and lack of protection for sellers I have moved on to other venues. Total feedback on eBay is around 7000 sales with approx. 99.8% positives- seller ID's are available on request. One of my ebay seller ID's is "stereos"- check it out and feel free to contact me through eBay to verify. The safest way to pay me is with a check with "for deposit only" written on the back, money orders are also OK. In most cases I wait until a check has cleared before shipping. I don't like PayPal because of all the problems and complications they create.. Moneybookers.com is an excellent online payment service that lets you use your bank account or a credit card to transfer me payment- unfortunately as of 2009 they apparently have split into two companies. There is now "MoneybookersUSA" and the original Moneybookers. The USA branch now appears to be a PayPal clone and I don't use them. If you are in the UK, Europe, Australia, Japan, or some other countries you can link your free Moneybookers.com account with your bank account and avoid almost all the fees - maximum fee is about $0.70. You upload funds to your personal free Moneybookers account then transfer the money to my account- basically Moneybookers allows you to do an International Wire Transfer to my bank account without the high fees or sharing your personal info with a third party. |
